Southwest Ohio & Virtual

A creative community for learning,
making, & growing together.

Welcome to
The Creative Club
(of Miami Valley)

coming march 2026

The Creative Club is built on a pretty simple idea:

We create things here.
We learn things here.
We connect with ourselves and others here.

That’s the whole idea.

It’s relaxed. It’s messy. It’s fun.

What Do We Do?

Craft Events

Some events are bring-your-own-craft (BYOC). Some events are themed with supplies ready to go.

Book Clubs

Read along if you want, skim if you don’t. Come for the conversation!

Workshops

Hands-on sessions where you can learn something new from people who love what they do.

What

Isn’t:

The Creative Club is not about doing things the “right” way. It’s not about being perfect.

It’s about trying things to see what happens.

You don’t have to finish projects.
You don’t even have to talk if you don’t want to.

Because

creativity

connects

us to who

we are.

In the club, we all fam.

But our club has glue sticks and books.

Creative Club is built for people of different ages, abilities, and identities. We offer age-specific classes so kids, adults, and families can participate in ways that make sense for them. And we do our best to accommodate medical, sensory, and access needs whenever possible.

We care about people and the planet. We take pride in using recycled and repurposed materials as much as we can!

Everyone belongs here.

FAQs

  • Nope. Creative Club is beginner-friendly and process-focused. You don’t have to be “good” at anything, and you don’t have to finish projects. Showing up is enough!

  • Usually no. Supplies are typically provided unless it’s a bring-your-own-craft (BYOC) night, which will always be clearly noted in advance.

  • Most craft nights are held in our classroom in historic Springboro, Ohio. We also host occasional classes and events at other locations around the Miami Valley. Each event listing will include the exact location so you know where to go.

  • Not all classes are for all ages, and that’s intentional. Some events are just for adults, some are just for kids, and some are designed for families. Every class clearly lists the intended age group so you can choose what works best for you.

  • Classes are purchased or RSVP’d individually. Just grab a ticket for the event you want to attend and come join us.

Come once. Come occasionally. Come whenever it fits your schedule!

  • Yes. Absolutely.

Many people come on their own, especially the first time. You don’t need to bring a friend, know anyone ahead of time, or already feel comfortable. You can jump right or ease into the space at your own pace.
